LGBT Senior Housing and Care will;

  • Shepherd your company/organization to achieving effective and recognized LGBTQ+ Affirming and Welcoming Practice, Protocols and Programs  

  • Conduct an individualized LGBTQ+ cultural sensitivity assessment

  • Design a custom LGBTQ+ cultural sensitivity action plan.

  • Craft an industry tailored cultural sensitivity training program for  C-suite, leadership team, staff, employees, contractors, residents and community members  in cultural competency practice.

  • Align headquarters and facilities with best practice inclusive protocols.

  • Partner with Human Resources, Activity and Service Teams to create programming and services to support LGBTQ+ Affirming and Welcoming protocols.

  • Implement a LGBTQ+ welcoming and affirming communications strategy across platforms and collateral.

  • Foster strategic partnerships with LGBTQ+ professional services, healthcare providers and advocacy organizations in or continuous to your community and state.

  • Provide resources and opportunities for continuing education related to the needs of the LGBTQ+ older adult community.

  • Recognize your company/organization with certificate of completion, branding rights and press packet.
