This complete training is recommended for Department Directors, Legal Departments and Bill Designates.
 
This 6.0 hour, full day session, 9:30 AM - 4:00PM, participants will earn a certificate of Designate Compliance for New Jersey legislation NJS2545 - the LGBTQ+/HIV+ Long-term Care Bill of Rights and:
 Up to 5.5 hours of CEs, with an 80% passing score on the post training assessment.
Participants will have three opportunities to achieve the passing score. 
Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks.
 
Must attend and participate in the full session with camera on to earn compliance and certificate of completion.
