April 10th, 2025 is National Youth HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

This day shines a spotlight on the unique challenges young people face in the fight against HIV, especially youth of color and LGBTQ+ youth.
This year, Advocates for Youth is hosting #OurHIVPlan: Voices of Activists Living with HIV, a youth-led roundtable featuring powerful voices sharing their stories and strategies. Don’t miss it—April 10th at 5 PM ET!
And globally, we’re reminded of the fight’s legacy with the UK AIDS Memorial Quilt on display at London’s Tate Modern this June—a moving tribute to those we’ve lost and a call to keep going.
We believe in a future where every generation, young or old, is supported in their sexual health journey. Let’s continue to uplift youth voices, expand access to testing and prevention, and break the stigma around HIV.
Together, we can build an AIDS-free future.
