In recent years, we’ve seen renewed calls for lesbian representation in media, politics, and activism—and for greater attention to the unique challenges lesbians face, especially within aging and healthcare sectors. For example, visibility of queer women in leadership roles and intersectional identity narratives has gained traction in public discourse.

At LGBT Senior Housing and Care, we affirm that our lesbian elders deserve recognition, dignity, and community. Our mission is to foster affirming environments where lesbian seniors can age with visibility, respect, and connection—free from invisibility or marginalization.
