🌟 October 19–25, 2025 marks Ace Week — an international observance dedicated to raising awareness, educating about asexual and asexual-spectrum identities, building community, and advocating for inclusion. Ace Week+1

In today’s moment, where identity politics and debates around sexual norms are increasingly politicized, Ace Week is a vital reminder: valid identities don’t need explanation — they need affirmation.

At LGBT Senior Housing and Care, we commit to:

● Centering ace elders whose stories were silenced or ignored

● Fostering safe, affirming spaces where every orientation is recognized

● Educating staff and communities to reduce erasure, stigma, and exclusion

This Ace Week, we invite you to:

• Share ace and aromantic stories (especially from elders) • Use ace-inclusive language and pronouns • Challenge myths about sex, romance, and identity • Support ace community organizations and their outreach
