NJ LGBTQI/HIV+ LTC Bill of Rights for Staff and Onboarding

This prerecorded training is compliant with the New Jersey LGBTQI+ /HIV+ Long Term Care Bill of Rights legislation pursuant to the 2009 Senate bill 2545. All long term care facilities, nursing and rehabilitation and CCRs are required to provide this training to all contracted and per diem staff every 2 years. Legislation also requires each facility to have 2 Designated staff members who supervise the program to train live or via live webinar - see webinar page - every 2 years. LGBT Senior Housing and Care is certified to provide this training by the State of New Jersey and the Human Rights Campaign Index.
